"I have lived in the Aurora area for nearly 40 years. About 18 years ago, Rodrigo Menendez became our agent. Rodrigo and his staff have always been so helpful over the years. We’ve had a roof replaced after a hail storm hit our area in Oswego, and the claim was taken care of without any hitch. We are now snowbirds and spend part of the year in Florida. All I have to do is call to let them know that I want to put one of the cars coverage to comprehensive only while we are gone. However, there have been times when one of my kids stops at our house when we are gone & needs to use the car. I just call & let Rodrigo know that I need full coverage for a week and he takes care of it without any problem. I’ve sat down with Rodrigo on several occasions for advice and never feel like I’m asking silly questions. I’m sure there are other insurances that might cost less, but I stay with Rodrigo & State Farm because of the service they provide and the way they make me feel like a valued client & not just a paycheck. "Nuevamente intento obtener una respuesta por parte de la aseguradora por este medio, Luego de la primera publicación se comunico conmigo el Sr Rodrigo Menendez haciendo saber que yo no aparezco en su lista de clientes uno de los motivos por cual decidí cambiar de asegurado puesto que 3 meses no fui tiempo suficiente para ellos para agregarme como conductora del seguro de mi esposo Osmer aguilera. Pero el dia de ayer estuve recibiendo un cheque el problema es la cantidad por la cual fue emitida el cheque, que no tiene nada que ver con la cantidad sustraída de mi cuenta. he intentado he varias ocasiones en comunicarme con dicha agencia pero siempre me manda a buzón, llame desde otro numero telefónico y cuando dije mi nombre me colgaron la llamada, lo que me da a pensar que me han bloqueado. Espero recibir alguna solución o que p[or lo menos algun agente se comunique conmigo por este medio ya que otras vías no se ha podido."

"Pésimo servicio!! Cancelé mi seguro aproximadamente 2 meses con esta aseguradora por presentar problemas con la misma y una semana desde de haber realizado la cancelación me hicieron el cargo automático a mi cuenta. Me comuniqué con el Sr Rodriguez me explico el error y que me harían un reintegro a mi cuenta en 8 días hábiles. El cual aún sigo esperando, intento comunicarme con el pero no me contesta el celular. Me comunico a la oficina hace 20 días y una de sus colaboradoras me dice que hay un error en la dirección, (No entendí eso porque se suponía que iban hacer un reintegro a la cuenta) pero procedemos a realizar una actualización de datos y me indicó que en 8 días me estaría llegando un cheque a mi domicilio. El día lunes me vuelvo a comunicar puesto que han pasado 20 días y aún no recibo noticias. Me atiende otra persona y me indica que la dirección no se había actualizado y que debo esperar 10 días aproximadamente para que supuesto cheque llegue a mi domicilio esperando esta vez si tenga yo la suerte de que la dirección si haya sido actualizada realmente. Entonces me pregunto yo realmente si han estado enviando el cheque?? Cuánto tiempo necesitan para hacer una actualización de datos?? Esto si realmente ha realizado la actualización, han enviado el cheque o si en algún momento han tenido la intención real de hacerme la devolución de mi dinero. Aún sigo a la espera de alguna respuesta por parte de esta aseguradora."
